Following a DDR regarding the accident at the Sadar police station, the company sent its surveyor to assess the damage. The complainant stated that the ohio auto insurance quotes surveyor had assured that the a ‘total loss’ claim (which pays for a new car) will be paid for the damage.
She stated that she had supplied all necessary documents as sought by the surveyor. Kaur then approached the company for the settlement of the claim, which denied it.
She stated that the company’s surveyor told her a year later that the ‘total loss’ claim could not be paid and she could go in for repairs allowed under the policy.
Kaur did not accept the suggestion saying it would have been dangerous to travel in a car that had sustained so much damage after just getting it repaired
