You ever wonder why soldiers tend to be healthier in old age than those around them if they make to old age, that is. Its because all that activity they had in their life is now keeping them healthy. You can be like that, if you will begin to work out now. You can love retirement. How about a safari? Hey, its your retirement, isn’t it? And you can do anything! Bring on the safari! Once youre retired, your time is sincerely your own to do with as you please. I understand the drive and desire to do nothing for a while, but that is dangerous to you in more ways than one. Instead, you should see that you get some activity through your system every day. Don’t just put money away for retirement; try your hand at investments to. By the time the day eventually comes when you can no longer earn the conventional way, youll be glad you did all those investments at the time that you did. Then you will never have to depend on anyone to make provisions for you at that time of your life. When you need to grab a daily paper, you could try jogging into town rather than driving in. What else do you get to do in retirement? Try to get some life back in those bones by doing more activity without relying too much on machines to make things happen for you. That way, you will that you retain the freshness in your bones a lot more easily
